To the Central Texas communities we serve,
We so badly miss all of our valued guests, and we are excited to re-open our centers in Temple and Pflugerville this Friday (May 22) after more than 2 months of closure to combat the spread of COVID-19. Our focus remains firmly on providing great food, fun and drinks for friends, families and companies—and we will do just that—but with an enhanced laser-focus on safety for team members and guests in the new times we find ourselves in. In this first phase of re-opening, we will only be able to open our bowling, dining and bar operations. Hopefully we will be able to open our Arcade and Laser Tag operations soon. We have spent our time during closure getting ready for this day:
All staff have completed comprehensive COVID-19 training
All staff are temperature checked daily prior to starting their shift
We have completely sanitized the entire center, and everything in it
We have stocked up on sanitizers to be used in all areas of our centers
We have implemented social distancing protocols throughout the centers
We have transitioned to a cashless environment
We upgraded our transaction systems to allow for reduced touch points
We developed curb-side delivery for meal kits and to-go food + drink orders
We kept team members working and paid throughout this closure
Painfully, we decided not to offer summer bowling clubs or leagues
We completed maintenance projects throughout the centers - we are in superb shape operationally, aesthetically, and most importantly, safety-wise
We can't wait to see you all again, and show you our scrubbed, sanitized and sparkling centers! Like us, we know you may be itching for some great food and fun, and as always, we are here to serve it up to you and those you hold dear.
With warm regards and deep appreciation,
Mike Emmons & Rick Heim
