Servers help bring the full experience of Shakers restaurant + bar to our guests, everywhere in the center. Their primary role is to ensure that all guests can enjoy excellent and expedient food service at their bowling lanes or in our dining room. Servers must be 18 or older.

Bartenders are not only responsible for crafting delicious libations for our guests, but also making them feel at home. Our full-service bar caters to the entire center, including the dining room, all bowling lanes and even private events. Bartenders must be 21 or older.

Bowling Attendants take on a primary sales role at Spare Time Texas, assisting guests with the purchase of lane time, shoe rental and other services. Organization is key in this position, as you are responsible for managing walk-in guests, reservations and waitlists with precision to accommodate all guests in a timely manner.

Game Room Attendants are responsible for maintaining the guest experience in our Game Room, Winner's Corner prize store and our Laser Tag arena. Our attendants understand that cleanliness and prompt service are key to ensuring every guest leaves our Game Room with a smile.

GSRs service guests on our bowling lanes, assisting them in any way needed. They wow our guests by being there exactly when needed and anticipating their needs. GSRs primarily interface with our Bowling Attendants, Servers, and Facilities Maintenance teams to keep the guest experience running smoothly.

Event Coordinators assist guests with tailoring fun private events at Spare Time Texas. Through effective communication and coordination, they nurture sales leads, collect deposits, build contracts, and help execute events in pursuit of company goals. Event Coordinators can field almost any question a guest might have and understand when to embrace sales opportunities as they are presented.

Party Hosts are responsible for facilitating the most unforgettable birthday experiences at Spare Time Texas. They are leaders, problem-solvers, servants and heroes to our guests. Providing a personalized, outstanding, memorable experience is the mission of every Party Host.

Snack Bar Attendants assist with purchases from our Snack Bar. They are expected to process orders quickly while keeping the Snack Bar clean and well-stocked throughout peak business periods. Snack Bar Attendants often coordinate with our Kitchen and Server teams to assist in food service and other tasks as needed.

Cooks execute food orders to perfection from our extensive, made-to-order menu. They assist our Chef in planning, preparing and executing meals and dining services for walk-in guests and private event clients. Offering a wide range of banquet options using locally sourced ingredients, we service groups of up to 700 guests at a time. Teamwork, communication and coordination are key in this position.

Dishwashers support our Kitchen team by constantly keeping our stocks refreshed and ready to go. They also help maintain kitchen equipment.

Custodians are charged with cleaning and resetting the center outside of operating hours. They may work alone or as part of a team to clean floors, restrooms and other areas of the center, as directed. Custodians must be able to work without direct supervision and must be 18 or older.

Facilities Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean, full operational center for our guests to enjoy. Bowling equipment, arcade games, utility systems and facility cleanliness are just a few things that fall under their purview. Technicians work around the clock to ensure that our team has every advantage to make the best first impression with our guests.

The league coordinator is responsible for the ongoing communication to all prospects and league members. They handle administrative duties like organizing the teams and maintaining all league records.

Shift Managers supervise all team members in the center and assist with training and development, cash handling and management, opening/closing duties, and other duties as assigned. Shift Managers are responsible for setting the tone for the shift and working to exceed all guest expectations through the actions of their subordinates and themselves.

Our pit crew members are responsible for the safety of all guests participating in the go-kart racing. They facilitate fun on the track while ensuring the guest is properly briefed, monitored, and returned safely to the garage at the end of the race.

The ropes course attendant primarily facilitates the safe and secure harnessing of guests on the ground as well as ensuring optimal safety while on the structure.

The Club House Attendant is the facilitator of all outdoor attractions. They are primarily responsible for ringing in guests, distributing equipment, and keeping the clubhouse clean and organized.

(Pflugerville Location Only) Our Concierge sets the tone for the guest experience at Spare Time Texas. They greet all guests as they enter the center and assist them with questions and directions. Concierge coordinates with all other departments to provide outstanding guest service.

Provides a positive and safe “axe-perience” for all guests by instructing and providing feedback for proper axe throwing techniques, monitoring guests and assisting with questions or concerns, and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed.
