How It Works (It’s simple!)

CHOOSE YOUR  EVENT DATE AND SPIRIT WORD

Spirit Nights are only available Monday-Thursday evening from 5PM-Midnight during our All-You-Can-Play special. Any guest who purchases the special and mentions your exclusive Spirit Word (carefully chosen by you), then $5 of that sale will be donated to your group! That’s more than 35% of each purchase that goes to your organization (35.714% if you want to be precise)!

Spirit Nights are unable to be scheduled during Madness sessions (Spring Break, Summer, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, etc)

PROMOTE YOUR EVENT TO THOSE YOU KNOW

While we do all the work of making sure your event runs smoothly, we can’t do everything! That’s where you come in! It’s up to you to promote your Spirit Night to encourage as many people as possible to join! To help you out, we’ll provide you with a flyer that you can print out, email, and/or post online with all the details!

However, you are only allowed to promote your Spirit Night through your own groups and networks. You are not allowed to promote or provide your spirit word to any guests that are already inside our center or are currently coming into the center.

YOU SET IT ALL UP, SO YOU SHOULD ATTEND!

Be the MVP of the night by letting everyone know that you organized such a fantastic and FUN event for your group, and bask in all the gratitude from your adoring fans for giving them such a FUN night to help support your organization! All-You-Can-Play is an all-ages special, so anyone is welcome to attend!

Bowling shoes are included with any All-You-Can-Play purchases. Any guests wishing to participate in Laser Tag must be 44″ tall. All-You-Can-Play Video Games does not include redemption points or merchandise/prize games.

EARN MONEY FOR YOUR SCHOOL OR GROUP

We’ll keep track of everyone who mentions your spirit word during the night! By the end of the week, we’ll run all the numbers, calculate the total, and have a check for your organization ready to pick up.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

WHO CAN ORGANIZE A SPIRIT NIGHT?

Spirit Nights at Spare Time Texas are a great way to help raise funds for schools, booster clubs, church groups, disaster relief, and more! Only ONE (1) organization is allowed to host a Spirit Night on the scheduled night.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

Any organization wanting to host a Spirit Night must have a W-9 on file with our Event Sales team before any details are set. Checks will be made out to the organization only, not to any individual member of a group.

WHEN CAN YOU PLAN YOUR SPIRIT NIGHT?

Groups wanting to host a Spirit Night will need to contact our Event Sales team at least 3 WEEKS in advance. Spirit Nights are only held Mondays-Thursdays, between 5PM-Midnight.
